The oil companies 4sea energy Holding AS, 4sea energy AS and Orocom AS have since 2007 built equity positions and provided advisory services to the oil and gas industry. The companies are based in Stavanger, Norway.

 

  • 4sea energy Holding AS holds various rights and assets and is also active as an investment vehicle.
  • Orocom AS is active as an advisory/consultancy in the oil sector as well as evaluating business development opportunities for new start-up vehicles, frequently through partnerships. Orocom also holds various investment positions.
  • 4sea energy AS was developed as a Norwegian oil company to acquire oil and gas assets in the North Sea. The company was financed, pre-qualified as an oil company in Norway and acquired assets in the North Sea before it was sold to North Energy AS in 2010.
